AVI series vibration isolation solution: By eliminating destructive low-frequency vibration noise that interferes with measurements, it helps users obtain more information from microscopes. The AVI series shock absorption platform adopts a thin and modular design, simplifying the installation process and eliminating the need for specialized lifting equipment for most instruments during installation (this solution is suitable for the vast majority of EMs).

Unicron provides users with three modes of active shock absorption systems:

  • Passive control mode: capable of eliminating ground vibrations after 7Hz

  • Feedback mode: The damping frequency is 0.5Hz, eliminating vibrations from the ground

  • Feedforward control mode: Simultaneously detect the vibration of the system on the damping platform and from the ground, and then adjust the appropriate curve by the actuator. The damping starting frequency is 0.5Hz
