Description
+The external environment of the laboratory is quite complex. Multiple research rooms are arranged side by side on the same floor, with dense personnel and material exchanges. The pump room and elevator shaft within a range of 10 meters from the outside to the SEM lens barrel are less than 5 meters. Due to the lower horizontal plane of the elevator shaft than the laboratory floor and the trough frame structure, when the two boxes of the elevator work freely up and down, significant vibrations will be generated, directly affecting the electron microscope lens barrel and preventing the electron microscope from capturing images normally.
+The Sigma500 integrates an air cushion internally, providing good shock absorption in the frequency range of 25Hz to 40Hz. The main purpose is to slow down the high-frequency mechanical vibrations generated inside the electron microscope, and low-frequency vibrations from the ground cannot be eliminated.
+The active vibration isolation system can perform active damping between 0.7Hz-200Hz, providing a stable environment for the electron microscope and improving the quality of the captured images.
