The KLA Nano Indenter G200X is a flagship modular nanomechanical characterization platform engineered for accurate, quantitative nanoscale mechanical testing across hard coatings, metallic films, soft polymers, ceramics and biological materials. Built with high-performance InForce electromagnetic actuators, InQuest high-speed controller and high-resolution XYZ motion stage, it supports deformation measurement spanning six orders of magnitude from nanometers to millimeters while fully complying with ISO 14577 standards for hardness and elastic modulus testing.
