The 26th China International Optoelectronics Expo (CIOE), which lasted for several days, came to a successful conclusion in Shenzhen. This exhibition is unprecedentedly grand, gathering top technologies and innovative achievements in the global optoelectronic field. The exhibition booth co organized by our company and KLA was unveiled at the vacuum coating hall. With a series of high-end and precise surface measurement and detection solutions, we have successfully attracted a large number of professional visitors to stop and exchange ideas. The atmosphere on site was lively, and the results were fruitful, bringing a successful conclusion to this exhibition journey.

Unicon and KLA Instruments jointly exhibited at the Light Expo, bringing multiple Filmetrics film thickness gauges, FilmSense ellipsometers, Zeta-20 white light confocal microscopy, iMicro nanoindentation instrument, D300 step gauge, and Profilm3D optical profilometer. With excellent product performance and customer reputation, many visitors came to exchange ideas and discuss product applications and technical details together!

Focusing on the core testing requirements of precision manufacturing, two star products were showcased: the white light interferometric 3D profilometer and the white light confocal 3D profilometer. These two devices, with their unique advantages of non-contact, high precision, and high efficiency, have become the undisputed focus on site.
