SEMICON CHINA 2019 Semiconductor Exhibition concluded at the Shanghai International Expo Center on March 22, 2019. The exhibition lasted for three days. Unicon Technology Co., Ltd. showcased a number of devices at this exhibition, among which there were several new optical film measurement devices of Filmterics from the United States under KLA. This includes multiple film thickness testing devices such as the 3D scanning profilometer system Profilm3D, the ultra-thick film measurement series F1310, the ultra-thin film measurement series F3-UV, and the semi-automatic wafer measurement systems F50 and F40. In addition, the exhibition also features the FilmSense ellipsometer as well as the MK II and 5050 developed by our company.
During the exhibition, Unicon showcased its film thickness measurement technology to a large number of visitors. On-site operation demonstrations and professional explanations not only attracted many industry professionals to come to the site for mutual exchange and guidance, but also caught the attention and favor of partners. It received unanimous praise from the on-site communication personnel. This exhibition was a complete success.
