The three-day SEMICON CHINA 2020 ended in the rain, rainstorm& Epidemic and; The Dragon Boat Festival did not dampen everyone's enthusiasm, and they gathered here as scheduled.

This exhibition marks the debut of Younikon as the general agent of Filmetrics' film thickness equipment in China. Numerous classic machines were exhibited on site, including Filmetrics' optical film thickness measurement equipment (F40; F50-UVX; F20; F3-s1310, etc.); KLA's P-7 stair step meter; Filmetrics' Profilm3D-200 optical profiler and desktop shock absorption equipment.

In addition, the new machine F54-XY-200 for measuring film thickness, which was announced in the KLA Instruments product release notice, was also exhibited at our booth. Attracted many industry insiders who came to experience KLA on site.
