HERZ TS series active isolation system seismic platform
The HERZ TS series desktop active vibration reduction table provided by Unicon Technology adopts "active+passive" dual-mode vibration isolation technology, with an active isolation range of 0.7-200Hz and a passive isolation range>200Hz, which can isolate vibration interference in six spatial directions. TS-300 has a maximum load capacity of 300kg, TS-150 has a load capacity of 150kg, and TS-140 has a load capacity of 140kg. The system is equipped with piezoelectric acceleration sensors and piezoelectric transducers, which can detect incoming vibrations in real time and generate reverse compensation force. The transmission rate is better than -40dB, and there is no low-frequency resonance or air pressure support required. The automatic height adjustment and horizontal adjustment functions can maintain stability even if the load center of gravity deviates from the center, and the LCD display screen displays the vibration status in real time, plug and play. Suitable for desktop level precision instruments such as atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM), interferometry, high-resolution microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, contour measurement, extracellular cultivation, tribology, and nanotechnology. The active isolation system can eliminate vertical and horizontal vibrations with amplitudes within 20um. If the platform and plane on which the active isolation system is placed are not very stable, it will attenuate the performance of the isolation system or amplify the interference of vibrations. We can provide a stable support with high damping to further improve the seismic performance of TS.
The diagram above shows that HERZ TS-150/LP is equipped with mounting threaded holes with a matrix of M6-25 mm XY. We can customize such specifications according to customer requirements
