UNICORN LS-800 The active shock absorber provides active isolation performance (starting from 0.5Hz) for electron microscopes and similar large research instruments. By offsetting the destructive low-frequency vibration noise that interferes with measurements, it helps users obtain more information from the microscope. Adopting ultra-thin and modular design, the installation process is simplified, eliminating the need for specialized lifting equipment during installation (suitable for the vast majority of SEM).

测量原理
The UNICORN LS-800 active shock absorber monitors external vibration signals in real-time through sensors and transmits the data to the controller. The controller generates a reverse force based on the vibration waveform, and the actuator applies a force opposite to the vibration phase to achieve dynamic cancellation, greatly suppressing low-frequency vibration and complex environmental interference. Combining passive isolation and active control technology, the passive system absorbs high-frequency vibration energy, while the active system accurately compensates for low-frequency vibration, achieving full frequency band isolation. Adopting 6-degree-of-freedom control, adaptively adjusting the foundation vibration feedforward to counteract multi-directional vibration transmission.
