The software controlled micro constant pressure double titration system equipped with DSA25E ensures fast and accurate measurement of surface free energy. Liquid needle titration technology is based on the contact angle of two liquids for rapid one click measurement of surface free energy (SFE). An additional titration system can be used to add data from a third liquid to consolidate SFE results or measure the surface tension (SFT) of the liquid.

The DSA25E has a high-resolution camera and high-quality zoom lens, which can accurately display the optimal size of droplets. The high image quality achieved through this can accurately measure the contact angle or SFT. The use of instruments combined with the intelligent image evaluation algorithm of ADVANCE software for droplet shape analysis can provide accurate results.

Maximizing the repeatability of measurements and comprehensive adhesion analysis

The ADVANCE software supports liquid needles and can automatically measure SFE within one second. Easy to create automated programs can also be used to design standard procedures for sample analysis to maximize the repeatability of measurements. The optional software tool for data analysis combines SFE and SFT data to evaluate adhesion and calculate other scientific parameters of solid/liquid contact.
