The DSA30 droplet shape analyzer with standard configuration is designed for semi-automatic measurement of static and dynamic contact angles, as well as scientific evaluation of wettability through surface free energy (SFE). Software controlled static and dynamic contact angle titration module
The DSA30S can accurately adjust droplet volume through a software controlled titration module, ensuring highly reproducible measurement results, which is crucial for quality control.
With the help of an adjustable quantitative titration module, the forward and backward angles can be accurately measured, and this method can reliably evaluate the uniformity and roughness level of the solid surface.
High imaging quality, reliable droplet shape analysis
The DSA30S is equipped with a high-resolution camera and high-quality zoom lens, which can accurately display droplets in the best size. The high-quality images obtained from this can be used for accurate contact angle measurement. Combined with the intelligent image evaluation algorithm of ADVANCE software, the droplet shape analysis of the instrument can provide accurate measurement results.
Software program for precise time control
The ADVANCE software can automatically start the measurement process immediately after dripping, allowing for the recording of raw data without wasting any time. This is particularly important for samples that exhibit time-dependent wetting behavior.
Top automated titration technology
The fully automatic multi titration unit is a component that integrates automatic replacement and positioning functions, and can be equipped with up to three titration units simultaneously.
