The DSA30E is equipped with a software controlled three-axis automatic sample stage, which can quickly and accurately move the sample to the preset measurement position, making it an ideal choice for high-throughput standardized quality testing needs. In addition, the instrument can also analyze the wettability of the sample based on its preset position to check the uniformity or evaluate the differences between the coated and uncoated areas.

Automatic positioning for comprehensive sample analysis

The fine-tuning manual sampling module of DSA30E can accurately adjust the droplet volume to obtain results with good comparability. This ensures high reproducibility of droplet size and allows for good comparison of results. The replaceable syringe can quickly switch between different liquids, enabling high-throughput testing.

The DSA30E has a high-resolution camera and high-quality zoom lens, which can accurately display the optimal size of droplets.
