The MSA One-Click SFE portable droplet shape analyzer is designed in accordance with the requirements of quality control. Our portable surface analyzer - MSA measures the surface free energy through two liquids and is fully automated using the "One-click SFE" method. Through the liquid needle device, MSA can titrate two droplets simultaneously with one click, and then directly analyze the contact Angle and obtain the value of surface free energy. It can analyze samples of any size, such as the surface of a car, and accurately measure vertical, high and curved samples. It not only provides reliable measurement values, but also can test on slightly convex samples.

The intuitive software ADVANCE automatically calculates surface free energy based on scientific models and can obtain information on the polarity composition of the surface, thereby providing reliable guidance for applications such as plasma activation.

Innovative droplet technology

The integrated dual-drop liquid needle system can synchronously drip two drops with extremely high precision within milliseconds. Throughout the entire measurement process, the step of changing the titration solution in traditional single titration was avoided. This advantage enables users to avoid unnecessary contact with the samples, thereby eliminating the possibility of sample contamination and damage.

The two test liquids required for the automatic measurement of surface free energy are placed in the storage container of a newly designed dual-droplet system. When full, this compact instrument can drip out 1,000 droplets. The operation of filling the liquid storage container with liquid from the outside is also very simple.
