HERZ AVI-600 work station Active vibration isolation table
HERZ AVI-600 is a compact active vibration isolation system and a solution for vibration isolation of large-scale instruments in nanotechnology. It is a good choice for upgrading and integrating into existing equipment that requires low-frequency vibration isolation. The HERZ AVI-600 work station can freely choose the size and configuration of the entire system. By increasing the number of vibration isolation modules, the load capacity of the system can be increased (up to 9,000 pounds).
Working principle
The AVI series active vibration isolation table adopts special vibration isolation technology and is suitable for any scientific research environment. This vibration isolation module can isolate vibrations in six spatial directions (including horizontal and vertical directions). The AVI series active vibration isolation table uses the piezoelectric acceleration sensor inside the controller to convert the external vibration pressure signal into an electrical signal and send it to the piezoelectric transducer in the isolation module. Subsequently, the piezoelectric transducer will generate a pressure signal of the same magnitude but opposite direction as the incoming pressure to eliminate the incoming vibration. The vibration isolation system uses a feedback loop to eliminate the mechanical resonance of the vibration isolation system.
